Why we exist
Most rodent work treats the symptom — the rodent you can see — and ignores the cause: the food, water, harborage, and access that invited it. We work the other way around. We assess the whole system, design a plan to remove its drivers, and give your people the training to sustain it.
The result is fewer rodents, fewer complaints, lower long-term cost, and properties that stay in compliance.

Gerard Brown, President
Gerard Brown is a nationally recognized rodent control expert with more than 40 years of experience in environmental public health — including over 25 years as Program Manager for the District of Columbia Department of Health’s Rodent and Vector Control Program.
Under his leadership, DC’s program developed and implemented comprehensive rodent control plans built on the principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) that reduced rodent activity across the city. A native Washingtonian, he has dedicated his career to tackling urban pest challenges through education, prevention, and innovative environmental public-health strategies.
Clients describe him as knowledgeable, professional, and patient — as comfortable walking a property owner through next steps as presenting to a civic association or city agency.
